Plant Production

Crop production is one of the VITAGRO Group's main priorities. The company began its operations in Popivtsi village, located in the Volochysk district of the Khmelnytsky region, where it initially cultivated 1,200 hectares of land and gradually expanded its area. Due to active efforts in acquiring agricultural enterprises in the Khmelnytsky, Ternopil, and Rivne regions, the VITAGRO Group's land bank has significantly increased over the past decade. Pork Production

In July 2010, the first piglets were brought to the newly constructed pig farm in the village of Svirshkivtsi, located in the Chemerovets district of the Khmelnytsky region. Today, VITAGRO Agro Holding ranks 5th among the top 50 pig farms in Ukraine according to industry ratings.

The farm currently houses 8,300 sows and more than 145,000 pigs of all ages. Notably, 90% of the animals at VITAGRO's pig farms have Danish genetics, including the Large White and Yorkshire Landrace breeds. This breeding strategy results in a two-breed hybrid combined with a Duroc terminal boar, yielding a three-breed hybrid that excels in critical performance indicators such as weight gain, feed conversion, and meat quality.
