VITAGRO places a strong emphasis on the development of dairy farming. Currently, the total number of dairy cattle on the farm is 5,984, ranking it among the top 10 Ukrainian farms in the Ukrainian Dairy Association in terms of milk yield per cow, with each cow producing over 11,000 kg. The farm prioritizes the Holstein breed, known for its high productivity. The quality and quantity of the cattle at VITAGRO have earned the farm the status of breeding reproducers, significantly contributing to the enhancement of Ukraine's genetic resources.

The dairy cattle department composts cattle manure, processing 40,000 tonnes of raw materials annually. To feed the animals, the Livestock Department utilizes feed produced on-site, generating 40,000 tonnes of maize silage and 12,000 tonnes of alfalfa haylage each year. In 2024, the company plans to open a livestock feed mill with a capacity of 5 tonnes per hour, which will allow for the production of high-quality animal feed.

Additionally, VITAGRO plans to reconstruct three dairy farms. All dairy complexes within the agricultural holding are equipped with modern dairy equipment, including six new feed mixers that are already in operation. The main goals of the reconstruction are to increase the number of dairy cows, allow young cows to be kept untethered, establish maternity wards, and transition to a flow-shop system of cow management.
