We welcome any landowner who has been successfully collaborating with us for over 20 years in the Khmelnytsky, Rivne, and Ternopil regions. Our landowners are our partners, and their land is an essential part of VITAGRO's land bank. Our goal in working with landowners is to find win-win solutions, overcome challenges, and build strong, friendly relationships.

We offer our landowners the best possible conditions for cooperation:

• We take great care of each leased hectare by applying necessary fertilizers and organic manure, and we utilize modern agricultural machinery for cultivation.
• Rent is paid punctually, either in cash or via transfer to a personal card account, based on the farmer's preference.
• Landlords can choose the quantity and quality of agricultural products to receive as payment in kind.
• We provide individual programs that allow shareholders to receive funds in advance.
• At the request of shareholders, we also carry out plowing and gardening services.
• We ensure that grain is delivered to shareholders' homes for those unable to collect it themselves.
• We offer assistance, including legal support, in registering the right to inherit land plots.
• We actively support rural development and prosperity by collaborating closely with communities and local governments, sponsoring educational institutions, rural health clinics, churches, and more.
• We purchase land following current legislation in Ukraine.
• We celebrate Christian holidays with our landowners.
• We acknowledge and celebrate our shareholders' children on occasions such as the First Bell and Christmas.
• We provide financial assistance for births and funerals.
