Oil Extraction Production

The oil and fat industry is currently one of the most promising sectors in agriculture. VITAGRO began its activities in this field in 2017 with the production of oil presses and is proud to announce the opening of its latest oil extraction plant in 2024. This state-of-the-art facility can process two types of crops simultaneously: 500 tonnes of sunflower and 400 tonnes of rapeseed per day. Thanks to innovative technologies, the plant can significantly increase its capacity, enabling the company to further develop oilseed processing and support Ukraine’s economic growth.

The plant offers a complete cycle of oilseed processing, which includes seed reception, storage, pre-processing, refining, and oil extraction. The production process utilizes advanced technologies, including a hydration process that produces high-quality oil through additional purification. Additionally, there is an extraction workshop and a meal production and granulation shop. All products are manufactured using state-of-the-art equipment, allowing us to adhere to the principles of zero-waste production.

We have also been awarded GMP+B2 certificates, which confirm the safety and quality of our feed products, and ISCC certification, which regulates emissions following environmental standards. Thanks to these certifications, most of our products are exported to European countries. However, our ambitions extend beyond the European market, as we also plan to enter the Chinese market.
