Vitagro.Innovation_Hub engages young specialists in the reconstruction of the country

After our Victory, the reconstruction of Ukraine will begin, which will become the main task of every Ukrainian, especially young specialists. Therefore, today, the Vitagro Group of Companies is the accelerator of ideas that are aimed at the effective restoration of Ukraine after the Victory and innovative solutions in niches where Ukraine can be a world leader.

For this purpose, Serhiy Savchuk, Director of Development and Investments, and Roman Kantarovskiy, Head of External Investment Projects of Vitagro Group, held a meeting with students of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, Faculty of Management and Marketing. The meeting was dedicated to the involvement of motivated and ambitious students to realize their ambitions and try themselves in the role of a participant in the innovation hub - Vitagro.Innovation_Hub.

Mr. Roman, in your opinion, are young people more ambitious today than in the pre-war period? - "Today's youth is more focused on their future than in the pre-war times, definitely. Most of our candidates already have experience working in various projects, which speaks of their goal-oriented nature in terms of self-realization.

First the pandemic, and then the war made adjustments to the usual people's lives, but we found a way to work remotely or study online. At the same time, the employer has become more demanding, optimized and focused on the result. And today in the current situation, we meet young people who are truly motivated and want to realize themselves even before graduating from university. And their ambitions and efforts cannot be disregarded" - says the head of the Vitagro.Innovation_Hub project.

The proposed project allows participants to enhance their knowledge and skills based on a powerful Ukrainian company, to work on their ideas with specialized professionals, and to have the opportunity to implement them on the basis of Vitagro Group as an employee. 

Mr. Serhiy, as an employer, are you looking for conscientious workers or ambitious ones? - "Our goal is to find ambitious people who can conscientiously approach tasks and challenges. After all, you can have great ambitions, but if you don't focus on achieving the goal - there is a risk that ambitions will turn into mere dreams that will be difficult to realize. We would like the project participants to be able to realize themselves and their ambitions based on our competencies and experience. It's always easier to start when there's a mentor nearby, who not only supports you but also encourages and helps to implement the conceived. And of course, without diligent work, it is almost impossible to achieve the result" - concludes Mr. Serhiy.
