VITAGRO.Innovation Hub: the path to self-realization of youth

The "VITAGRO" Corporation is concluding its innovative project "Vitagro.Innovation_Hub", which ran for six months and provided an opportunity for 10 ambitious students from various universities and specialties to showcase themselves, demonstrate their potential, and try to bring their ideas to life in real projects. Among these young talents were financiers, analysts, marketers, and IT engineers.

When considering the idea of creating "Vitagro.Innovation_Hub", the organizers focused solely on the youth - ambitious, goal-oriented individuals aiming for success in various spheres of life. There was an understanding that today's youth doesn't always prioritize the financial aspect. Main motivators include the freedom of self-realization and the opportunity to participate in cool and significant social projects and processes.

"Our goal was to select focused, ambitious, self-sufficient, and persistent students who could prove themselves as analysts capable of working with information, the business environment, and turning challenges into real opportunities. At the same time, we provided the opportunity for active collaboration with experienced specialists and managers of the Group, and we participated both in coordination and in the preparation and defense of ideas. I hope we achieved our goals," noted Sergei Savchuk, the Director of Development and Investments.

The "Vitagro.Innovation_Hub" project was new, both for the company and for the selected candidates. "Of course, there were concerns about whether everything would work out, whether we could find common ground, form a team, streamline operations, and be on the 'same wavelength'," says Roman Kantarovskiy, the head of development projects for external investment. "In the final stage, we can already see that yesterday's students have become fully-fledged project managers, approaching each idea with a specific understanding, skepticism, and a well-thought-out analytics plan aimed at determining where the hidden margin, interesting to the investor, lies."

Overall, many ideas were developed during the project, ranging from those strategically important for the company to ambitious ones for the country as a whole. As a result, it was decided to invite some of the students to work in the VITAGRO Group of Companies. Therefore, VITAGRO Corporation is delighted to congratulate colleagues who will continue their work within the team of professionals and bring to life the initiated projects.
