Very soon, we will complete the construction of new storage facilities at our elevator. This project includes the construction of two modern silos with a total capacity of 11 thousand tons, as well as a storage area in grain sleeves with a capacity of 15 thousand tons.
As a result, the total storage capacity of the elevator will increase to 66 thousand tons of simultaneous storage.
“We started the project in the fall of 2024, quickly contracting the equipment and forming a clear construction plan. The new operational tower is designed to ensure the simultaneous reception of two crops and unloading to both rail and road transport. This will increase the unloading speed from 1400 to 2300 tons per day,” says Oleksandr Kulyhin, Director of the Grain Storage Department of the VITAGRO Group of Companies.
Today, we already have five elevators in the Khmelnytskyi and Rivne regions with a total capacity of 385 thousand tons. The largest one is in Zakupne with a capacity of 106 thousand tons. And this is just the beginning!
We believe that by investing in infrastructure, we strengthen not only our own business but also support the development of the Ukrainian agricultural sector as a whole. It is important for us to create reliable solutions for crop storage, improve logistics efficiency, and ensure stability in the supply chain.
