Learning through practice...

In our future country, great attention is paid to the development of agriculture, as it is an important component of our economic growth. That is why we are actively involving young people in this field. You know, learning becomes much more interesting when students can study the material not only in classrooms but also in practice. Thus, students and teachers from the Pluzhne Vocational Agricultural Lyceum were delighted to visit the production facilities of VITAGRO Group in the Polissia cluster.

Our young colleagues visited many interesting places in the Polissia cluster. First, they went to the MTP, where they got acquainted with modern equipment for tractor drivers. Then they visited the pumpkin seed plant, where they saw how pumpkin seeds are processed. Finally, they visited the Iziaslav elevator, where specialists explained each stage of grain handling.

The interested students not only familiarized themselves with the production facilities but also inquired about their working methods, production processes, and, of course, the results. Impressed by what they saw, they expressed a desire to undertake an internship at VITAGRO in September. Here they will be able to enhance their theoretical knowledge and gain valuable experience in real production conditions. We are confident that these young colleagues will soon join the company’s talent pool, and together we will develop Ukraine's agricultural sector.
