For the development of our Team, we created the Corporate University, whose mission is to create new knowledge, develop practical skills, form the philosophy of the organization and create a Team of like-minded people, which forms the intellectual value of the company. In February, 15 trainings and master classes were held at the Corporate University, covering both managerial skills and case studies - programs where teams from different businesses analyze problematic links in their work and turn them into solutions for development.
