The direction of pig breeding is recognized as one of the leaders among industrial pig farms in Ukraine!
We are proud to announce that our pig farming direction, which specializes in animal feeding, has been recognized as one of the leaders among industrial pig farming in Ukraine - we are in the TOP-5 industrial pig farms by livestock as of January 2023, and the most active player in the national market. This achievement became possible due to the tireless efforts of our team and our desire to develop the pig farming industry in the country.
In 2022, our enterprise entered the main Asset of the industry, providing, along with pig farms in 19 regions of Ukraine, 59% of the industrial pork supply.
We focused on increasing the maternal herd and developing our own fattening facilities. Thanks to this, the number of kept livestock increased by over 40% in 2022 compared to 2021, and the number of live pig supply for slaughter almost doubled.
Every year, the Association of "Ukrainian Pig Farmers" (PigUa.info website) and the "Profitable Pig Farming" magazine compile a ranking of the most powerful industrial pig farms in Ukraine. The award of our LLC "Agrarian Company 2004", which is part of the VITAGRO Group of Companies, as one of the industry leaders - emphasizes the strategic importance of our work and our contribution to the development of pig farming in Ukraine.
We are grateful to our entire team for their hard work and assistance in achieving such results. We also want to express our respect and gratitude to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who defend our country and provide the opportunity to work on native land.
