VITAGRO Group has implemented a project – an oil extraction plant has been built.

Thanks to modernized equipment and the installation of new machinery from leading global manufacturers, we have increased the capacity of our oil processing plant to 500 tons per day for sunflower processing and up to 400 tons per day for rapeseed processing. This is not the final result, as the plant can increase its capacity through technological innovations according to its technical passport. We plan to develop the processing of oilseeds, as this is one of the key factors for the country's economic growth.

Our oil extraction plant operates using advanced technologies. We have introduced an extraction workshop into the production process; the ability to granulate meal and the meal itself (formerly known as cake); implemented a hydration process that ensures the production of high-quality oil through an additional purification process; and increased the volumes of finished product production.

The majority of the products will primarily be exported to European countries; for this, we have obtained a GMP certificate for the safety and quality of feed products and an ISCC certificate for emission regulation by environmental bodies.

However, we are not limiting ourselves to the European Union. We are currently undergoing production accreditation to enter the Chinese market.

All risks have been weighed and analyzed – we have chosen the path of developing the country's economy and the VITAGRO Group of companies.
