VITAGRO Group at the "Profitable pig farming" congress

The International Congress «Profitable Pig Farming» was held on October 4 in Umani and brought together manufacturers and leading experts to discuss prospects of pig farming in Ukraine, industry support programs, as well as new approaches and opportunities in enterprise management and processing.

Maksim Babayev - Project Manager of VITAGRO Group acted as Speaker of the Congress and presented the experience of the Group on the implementation of bioenergy projects. In particular, Maxim noted: Ukraine has a huge potential for the development of new biomethane production capacity. But the question of the availability of raw materials is very important. Farmers must therefore cooperate and jointly invest in new projects - their finances, expertise, land and raw materials. Without this it will not be possible to implement large-scale projects, and Ukrainian companies will be more difficult to attract investments and loans, especially from foreign partners».

VITAGRO, by developing biomethane projects, not only develops new export opportunities, but also addresses agricultural waste and creates new jobs in communities. This contributes to sustainable development and has a positive impact on the economy, society and the environment.
