This year, we established an important tradition—the "Valuable Employee of VITAGRO Group" award, which has become a new standard for recognizing the contributions of our employees to the overall success of the company. We value fairness and objectivity in our evaluations. To ensure this, we launched an anonymous survey in which over 1,000 employees from all departments participated. The results highlighted 60 winners from various divisions: logisticians, agronomists, cartographers, department managers, and even top executives.
