10 years of the seed factory in the village of Forest managers: quality and development in the first place!

Founded in 2013, the seed factory in the village of Lesovody has become a true symbol of agricultural development in the region. Over the past ten years, it has evolved into a modern, high-tech enterprise with its own laboratory, meeting the needs not only of its own crops but also supplying seeds to agricultural producers across Ukraine.

Thanks to the implementation of the latest technologies and continuous improvement of work processes, the factory ensures high seed quality and produces competitive products. Engineers and specialists at the plant are introducing new crop varieties, refining grain processing methods to ensure the best results for agricultural enterprises.

As of today, the factory's elevator line is designed to process 50 tons of seeds per hour, and the elevator's total capacity is 5,000 tons. The elevator area houses 2 silos, each with a capacity of 1,000 tons, and 6 silos with a capacity of 500 tons each, ensuring efficient storage and preservation of seeds. Moreover, the factory is equipped with functional equipment from the leading global manufacturer, Cimbria. Its unique feature is the primary seed cleaning, which prevents seed damage under high loads. The technology not only prepares the material for sowing but also separates unhealthy seeds from healthy ones, ensuring high quality and yield. Raw materials at the factory undergo several stages of processing, including cleaning, calibration, and sorting. These processes guarantee farmers the acquisition of the highest quality planting material, which will bring unparalleled yields.

Thanks to a large workforce consisting of experienced employees, the factory can optimally execute all stages of seed production—from grain processing to packaging. Each worker at the plant has extensive experience in their field and knows how to create the best seeds.
